Growing up in the Seattle area in an entrepreneurial family, Lucy developed an early appreciation for hard work, problem-solving, and community. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Drawn to a career that combines analytical thinking with helping people, Lucy pursued wealth management to build meaningful relationships and help clients make confident financial decisions while pursuing the goals that matter most to them.
Lucy joined Baird through the Financial Advisor Foundations Program, gaining experience across the firm’s wealth management capabilities and learning from advisors, teams, and subject matter experts. The experience helped shape her holistic approach to wealth management and strengthened her interest in financial planning, investment strategy, estate and tax planning, and charitable giving.
Lucy especially enjoys learning the stories behind what clients have built and understanding the hard work and experiences that shaped where they are today. She believes thoughtful advice starts with meeting clients where they are, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them navigate what comes next with confidence.
Lucy holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
A lifelong Pacific Northwesterner, she enjoys spending time in the San Juan Islands, skiing, traveling, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks.
